Lance will begin his public sector legal career assigned to the Subsequent Injury Fund in early April.

Robert "Ben" Middleton joined Humphreys, McLaughlin & McAleer, LLC in 2025 after spending a number of years in Maryland practicing workers compensation and other employment law. He joined the firm as an associate to represent and defend Employers and Insurers in workers' compensation matters throughout the State of Maryland.
