Temporary Total Disability And Permanent Total Disability Benefits For 2011 Will be paid at 2/3 of the employee's average weekly wage not to exceed $940.00.
Permanent Partial Disability Benefits For an injury occurring between January 1, 2011 and January 1, 2012 for any Awards less than 75 weeks the rate is $157.00(1 st tier); for any accidents occurring between January 1, 2011 and January 1, 2012 for awards of a period of greater than 75 weeks but less than 250 weeks will be paid at the rate of $314.00 (2 nd tier).
Temporary Partial Disability A 50% of the difference between the employee's average weekly wage and the actual wage-earning capacity while temporary partially disabled not to exceed $470.00
Serious Disability Benefits 2/3 of the employee's average weekly wage not to exceed $705.00.
